REGISTRANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BY REGISTERING OR TRANSACTING THROUGH TENPOINTTRADING LTD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

Privacy
TenPointTrading agrees to safeguard the information you provide TenPointTrading Ltd has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the privacy practices of any Event Organizer. Accordingly, if you want to find out how an Event Organizer will use any of your registration information, you need to ask the Event Organizer and/or review their privacy policy. 

Registration Process
The contents of this Registration process, such as text, graphics, logos, links to other sites, audio clips, video, photographs, software, trademarks, and other information is, unless otherwise noted, were created either by TenPointTrading Ltd or the event organiser IX or Etrade our sponsors for certain events. TenPointTrading Ltd has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the content included or the representations made in this Registration Process.

International Registrants
TenPointTrading Ltd makes no claims, nor shall be liable for compliance with any privacy laws outside of the United Kingdom. If you are a non-UK. Registrant, you acknowledge and agree that TenPointTrading may collect your personal information for the purposes of billing or providing services or products to you.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability
TenPointTrading Ltd web site http://www.tenpointtrading.com and the content and services made available on the site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. TenPointTrading Ltd does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall TenPointTrading Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for any use of the Site. In no event shall TenPointTrading’s total cumulative liability exceed the fees paid to TenPointTrading Ltd by you. 

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold TenPointTrading Ltd and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from (i) your use of the Site or our promotion at the IX event, (ii) your use of products, services, or information provided through the Site or IX event, or (iii) your breach of any provision of this Agreement. TenPointTrading Ltd reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with TenPointTrading Ltd in asserting any available defenses.


TenPointTrading Ltd - Privacy Policy
TenPointTrading Ltd is committed to respecting your privacy. When you choose to open an account, offer registration for an event, or register for an event using the TenPointTrading Ltd services, all of the information provided to us is kept strictly private, including names, addresses and credit card information. All information collected during a registration is owned by the event organizer. TenPointTrading Ltd does distribute information collected during a registration, and only the event organizer has access to this information.

  • We do NOT rent or sell lists of personal information of any type.
  • If you are a TenPointTrading Ltd client, we may on occasion send you an email update about the website, products, up coming events and services added to our site or events list.

TenPointTrading Ltd takes online and offline privacy seriously. It is our way of sustaining your trust in us and in our products and services. Any material changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site prior to making such changes.


Information Collection & Use
Types of Users
We have two different types of users of our site and our services. The type of user you are will determine the collection and use policies of your information. The first type is a client. A client is a TenPointTrading Ltd customer that is using the services we provide. They are a company or an individual using our products and services from TenPointTrading Ltd. The other type of user is an attendee. The types of information collected and the use of that information is detailed below.

Attendee information collected by TenPointTrading Ltd
All attendee data that is collected and maintained through our service is solely owned by us, and we have no rights to sell the information provided. We will provide and maintain the secure storage of all information collected from the attendee and will not sell, rent the information collected to any third party. 

Client information collected by Shopify.
Clients purchasing service through TenPointTrading Ltd will be required to provide certain personally identifiable information. This will include personal information (such as name, email, phone, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit number and expiration date). This information from clients is collected when a client signs up for a seminar, opens a new account, or calls and signs up for an event over the phone or with our represntatives or agent at the event.

The information collected is used for billing purposes and to send orders to the client or other involved third parties or to provide further services to the client. If we have trouble relaying the order or the client cannot fill an order, the information provided will be used to contact the client. TenPointTrading Ltd does not rent, or sell this information to any third parties.

Attendee information collected by client's registration pages
Attendee information that is collected by TenPointTrading Ltd’s service is the sole property of the TenPointTrading Ltd. TenPointTrading Ltd will decide what information will be required and collected as well as how they will use the information. TenPointTrading Ltd is responsible for safe and secure storage of all information collected but will not have any rights to sell the information provided.

Surveys or contests or Lottery
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys or Lottery on our events. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information (such as demographic information, e-mail, phone, and address) from you. Participation in these surveys are completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

We use the information gathered in the survey to better personalize our service, improve the ease-of-use of our website, or to get customer feedback on changes or improvements that we have made. These surveys are conducted in-house. We will not sell the personally identifiable information provided through your survey with any other third party unless we give you prior notice and choice.

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about us or our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site with a link to our site. The information collected is for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email to visit our site.

Uses of Information
If an attendee wants to find out how TenPointTrading Ltd  will be using their information the attendee should see the client's privacy statement or contact the client directly.

TenPointTrading Ltd  , under the digression of the client, will use the clients e-mail address provided to send secondary communications such as newsletter to the client. The client can "opt-out" of these secondary communications when they sign up for an account or can be removed from the list by following the instructions on the newsletter/communication in-order to get removed.


Communications from the Site
Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will communicate with you in response to your inquiries in order to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

We do not share your profile with other third parties or sell your information.


Information Sharing and Disclosure
Choice/Opt-out
Attendees providing personally identifiable information will need to refer to our privacy policies regarding the opportunity to "opt-out" of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes (such as newsletters and other marketing materials). We provide the secure storage and software to obtain the information but will not share or sell attendee information for any purpose, unless otherwise indicated or informed.

Clients submitting their information will have the opportunity to "opt-out" of their personally identifiable information being used to send secondary communications from us, such as newsletters or marketing information. This option will be available after clients register with us. If you currently receive our newsletter and other secondary communications, clients will have the option to "opt-out" of receiving that material by either following the instructions on the secondary communication material to be taken off the list or clients may send an email to unsubscribe@tenpointtrading.com

Co-Branded Relationships
We have a co-branded relationship with our partners like Etrade or Marketguys etc. The client is the user of the information attendees provide and all attendees should refer to the client directly or the client's privacy statement for disclosure on use of the submitted information. TenPointTrading's role is providing the online registration service and safely maintaining the storage of the information but is not responsible for the partner's use of the information.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We collect aggregated demographic information about our user base. This information is used for our own reports, marketing and customer satisfaction efforts. From time to time we might record our conversations with our client’s for training and quality purposes.

Personally identifiable information
We DO NOT sell Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties

Agents
we use a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not sell personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Service Providers
We use other third parties or work with partners or event organisers and each has their own policies.

Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site or on us.


Changes in this Privacy Statement
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
